Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Most orders ship the next business day, but please allow extra time during product launches, holidays, or promotional periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Orders under $50 ship at standard USPS rates.

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on package weight and destination. Tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order ships. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our studio.

Order Changes & Address Updates

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes or updates to the destination address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and packaging.

Runaway Essentials is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve issues with the carrier.
